1. Basic Salary: £25-30k (depending on experience).
2. On Target Earnings: £25-30k (paid quarterly, and cumulatively - if you miss your bonus one quarter you can make it back through the year).

Duties & Responsibilities
With the support of Directors, the wider commercial and technical teams across the business and external CPD to oversee and manage the commercial development of our client and prospective client relationships. This includes:
Developing an expert product and service understanding of all Diagnostax Ecosystem areas (Intaxicate, Tax Toolkits, Tax Diagnostics, Tax Advice Services, Tax Panel).
Increasing value for customers and by reviewing their desired business outcomes, and then building a plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
Proactively meet every Diagnostax Ecosystem subscription client (99% of the time over Zoom) for 4 sessions per year to review performance to date, advocate and help them access and implement more value from the Diagnostax Ecosystem products and services.
Driving high usage of our products and services within our existing customer base.
Qualifying prospective clients in our existing pipeline or the wider target market with a view to properly attracting and qualifying clients based on genuine product / service suitability fit, not “selling”. Converting the right applicants only into clients.
Achieving the above internally through a multi-channel contact strategy working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Tax Development and Tax Technical.
Achieving the above externally driven by a consultative approach based on the customer and prospective client needs, goals and aspirations for their business.
Continuously develop the delivery assets, processes, systems and further improve the delivery of our services to existing Diagnostax Ecosystem clients and how we
Your qualifications and experience:
2 years+ consultancy led experience (non tax) with Owner Managed Businesses
Experience of working in tax / legal / financial / banking / accountancy preferred
3 Bs or above at A level (or equivalent)
Ability to work with cloud based software and other IT areas like Excel

What you need to know
Reporting to:
Director team and all DTX’ers across the business.
Hours:
Full time – flexible working - you can work anywhere at any time (inc weekends) - subject to core hours on Mon-Fri for internal and external calls/meetings/collaboration
Location:
Remote, home working with option to work in co-working spaces for solo working, team collaborations and catch ups.
Our team is mostly North West England based with monthly in person meet ups (more regularly during probation period).
Also, ad hoc onsite visits to clients and partners and ad hoc attendance at industry events.
