As time goes by, it’s valuable to look back on some decisions and just think “that was totally unnecessary”.
It’s a cringy exercise, but essential for well-rounded progress.
On that note, we have decided to remove some of the ‘Add New Client’ questions.
Why?
Well, first of all… they’re totally unnecessary.
And secondly… no. That’s it.
Prepare to say goodbye to…
You’ll no longer have to input this information.
What’s changed?
When creating something from scratch, you forget how much of yourself goes into it.
Out of habit, and I mean deep routed habit, we built the software to capture what we regarded as standard client information.
Why?
Cos it’s standard. Essential. Goes without saying. But if it’s not getting used, it’s naught more than inefficiency.
We know better now, and our forward-looking decisions have reflected that for a while. That’s why it’s important to look back too.
Software is all about universal efficiency.
